EDUCATION - as a country reaching into poverty, education becomes an issue as many can not afford the price to attend school as well as the school hiring more teachers. This can lead to people not realising if they are being scammed or tricked and can lead to poverty.
HEALTH - health is a major issue when it comes to countries in poverty. Many can not afford the medicine to treat their infections or diseases and this often leads to death or spread of the infection or disease.
FOOD SECURITY AND AGRICULTURE - agriculture is a problem in Papua New Guinea because of the high humidity levels and hot temperatures making it very difficult to cultivate vegetations. This leads to starvation and malnourishment.
WATER AND SANITATION - due to poverty, no one can afford to pay for water filtration to drink clean water or toilets. Usually many people drink from unsanitized water which will lead to them developing health issues due to the harmful bacteria entering their body.
DISABILITIES - not having enough money to provide for transportation or medical care for those who are disabled.
